Each piece from Innae Pottery is handmade with care and intention. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a request.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item is in its original, undamaged condition — free from chips, cracks, or signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following circumstances:
• The return request is made after 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The pottery has been damaged, chipped, or broken after purchase.
• Returned goods arrive to us in a damaged condition — no refund will be issued in this case.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us. If a returned item arrives damaged, a refund will not be issued.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please reach out to us directly through our contact page or social media before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
